Part 1: Provision Of Winter Maintenance Services For District Roads Using Sandblaster No. 11) The Subject Of The Order Is The 24-Hour Provision Of Equipment And Transport Services In Active Operation For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Staszów District In The Winter Season 2026-2027 (At The Request Of The Ordering Party), Using Roughening Materials At The Ordering Partys Disposal. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Eliminate Or Reduce Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Factors Such As Winter Slipperiness And Snowfall.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Rental Of A Truck - A Carrier For The Schmidt Ecos Sand Spreader With A Drive Independent From The Carrier, In The Amount Of 1 Piece With A Load Capacity Of Over 12 Tons (Sand Spreader + Sand-Salt Mixture) With A Drive On At Least Two Rear Axles With A Driver (Operator) To Provide Services Related To Winter Road Maintenance District. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Assembly And Disassembly Of The Schmidt Ecos Sand Spreader And Snow Blade Plow By The Contractor. The Sandblaster Is Equipped With A Gps Transmitter. It Is Required That The Gps Transmitter Batteries Be Charged From The Carriers Electrical System. The Ordering Party Allows The Hardware Units To Be Equipped With Gps Devices Owned By The Contractor, Provided That The Ordering Party Is Provided With Access To The Data 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day, Provided Through A Software Application And Via The Www Internet Panel. Loading And Material To Combat Winter Slipperiness, I.E. Sand And Salt Mixture, Are Provided By The Ordering Party. 3) The Estimated Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Service (Active Operation) For Part 1 In The Basic Scope Is A Maximum Of 4,000 Km Per Season. The Actual Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From Weather Conditions, Which Is Equivalent To The Possibility Of Not Completing The Subject Of The Order In The Quantity Specified Above. The Ordering Party Considers The Indicated Amounts To Be Maximum And Guarantees The Contractors Order Of Not Less Than 10% Of The Scope.4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right For Part 1, Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Scope Covered By The Option Right Is: Maximum 2,000 Km. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest And Results From Its Current Needs, I.E. In Cases Where The Basic Order Is Used Due To Weather Conditions. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which It May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims
