The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Performance Of Services In The Sense Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, And The Secondary Object Is The Provision Of Supplies... Carried Out By Purchase... On The Basis Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. The Current Public Procurement Falls Under The Hypotheses Of Mixed Public Procurement, According To Art. 11, Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of The Zop, Including More Than One Object - Services And Supplies, But Is Awarded As A Service, In Accordance With The Law Prescribed By The Legislator In Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Law On Public Procurement.
