The Participant Selected As The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver To The Contracting Authority Other Materials Besides Those Listed In The Technical Specification For The Procedure, As The Price Of The Same Will Be Formed On The Basis Of The Participants Price List Effective At The Time Of Delivery, With The Application Of A Commercial Discount Percentage Specified By The Participant In His Price Proposal (Appendix No. 3).
