The Task Includes Planning, Project Design, Construction, Authority Processing, Implementation And Commissioning Of A New Daycare Center As Well As Associated Conversions And Construction Works. The Project Includes The Following Main Services: 1) Establishment Of A New Daycare Center, 2) Establishment Of A New Level-Free, Heated And Covered Connecting Corridor Between The Daycare Center And The School, 3) Establishment Of A New Outbuilding Incl. Covered And Screened Parking For Bicycles, Lorries, Etc., 4) Establishment Of New Outdoor Areas, Including Terraces, Paths, Gardens, Play And Living Areas, Etc., 5) Establishment Of New Parking Spaces And Adaptation Of Existing Parking Areas, Road Connections, Etc., 6) Establishment Of New Covered Bicycle Parking At The Bus Stop, 7) Transformation Of The Existing Music Room Into A New Production Kitchen, 8) Transformation Of The Existing Ubc Space Under The Gymnasium Into New Music Room And 9) Architectural Processing And Clarification Of The Existing Main Entrance As A Joint Main Entrance For School And Daycare. The Project Also Includes All Necessary Follow-Up Works, Technical Installations, Authority Relations, Adaptations Of Existing Conditions And Other Works Required To Ensure A Fully Functional And Suitable Construction. The Overall Task Must Be Planned And Carried Out As An Integrated Whole That Supports The Co-Location Of School And Daycare And Ensures Well-Functioning Buildings, Connections And Outdoor Areas For Both User Groups.
