Moreover, The Contractor: 1) Is Obliged To Collect From A Given Property Or Points Any Amount Of Municipal Waste Collected By The Property Owner In Containers And/Or Bags; 2) Is Obliged To Provide Containers According To The List In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Only For Multi-Family Buildings; 3) Provides New Containers At Its Own Expense If, During The Performance Of The Service, Mixed Waste Containers Available To Residents Are Damaged Or Destroyed Due To The Fault Of The Contractor; 4) Is Liable For Damage To The Property Of The Ordering Party Or Third Parties Caused During The Provision Of Waste Collection Services; 5) Will Be Obliged To Monitor The Obligation Of The Property Owner To Selectively Collect Municipal Waste. If It Is Found That The Property Owner Does Not Fulfill The Obligation To Segregate Waste, The Contractor Collects The Waste As Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste. At The Same Time, Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of The Described Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party In Writing Or Electronically About The Failure To Fulfill The Waste Segregation Obligations By The Property Owner. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Attach Documentation To The Information - A Digital Record Made By The Equipment (Digital Camera Or Camera And Gps Device) Located In The Car Collecting Waste From The Property And A Report On The Occurrence Of Such An Event.
