As part of the event, there will be an opening ceremony which includes a procession of flag bearers on stage. The City therefore requires a service provider to produce the flags, per the below specifications. The appointed supplier must be capable of supplying flags in accordance with internationally recognised flag designs. Ensure accurate colours, proportions, symbols, emblems and other distinguishing features. Package flags individually and clearly identify each flag Number of flags required: 202 Flag dimensions: 107 cm × 53.5 cm Material: Woven polyester bunting Strike-through: 100% Colour: Various colours Please see list of country flags, with pictures. IMPORTANT: QUOTATION CONDITIONS: The quotation condition listed below are in addition to those contained in the CCT standard quotation conditions and must be fully complied with: Clause 3: General Obligations 3.6.1.1,,For this quotation, purchase orders / works packages will be determined and created as follows: 3.6.1.1.1 Based on the total amount as reflected on the Price Schedule and to the supplier as awarded by the SCM delegated authority.
