Electricity – Supply Of Electricity To The Employers Facilities And Organizational Units Of The Andrespol Commune. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Facilities Of The Ordering Party - The Andrespol Commune And The Organizational Units Of The Andrespol Commune Indicated In Annex No. 10 To The Swz, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law, The Civil Code And Implementing Acts Issued On Their Basis. 2. The Ordering Party Acts On Its Own Behalf And Is Entitled To Conduct Public Procurement Proceedings On Behalf Of The Organizational Units Of The Andrespol Commune. 3. The Andrespol Commune And Organizational Units Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure For The Supply Of Electricity To The Facilities Of The Ordering Party And Organizational Units Of The Andrespol Commune. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Integral Part Of This Tor. 5. The Estimated Demand For Electricity For The Facilities In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Amounts To A Total Of 1,987,594 Kwh. 6. The Ordering Party Declares That: 1) The Procedure For Selecting An Electricity Supplier In The Form Of A Tender Takes Place Once Again. 2) He Concluded An Electricity Sales Agreement With Respect Energy S.A., Ul. Bonifraterska 17, 00-203 Warszawa - The Contract Is Concluded For A Fixed Period, Until December 31, 2026, And Does Not Require Notice. 3) It Concluded Contracts For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services With The Distribution Network Operator - Pge Dystrybucja Sa For An Indefinite Period. 4) The Energy Consumption Forecast Indicated Above And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Only An Approximate Value, Which May Change During The Execution Of The Contract. Actual Energy Consumption (Greater Or Less Than The Forecast Indicated In Annex 10 To The Swz) Will Depend Solely On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Seller Is Obliged To Apply The Energy Prices Offered In The Tender In Each Case. 5) Photovoltaic Micro-Installations Are Connected To 14 Ppes, The Production Of Which Is Used For Own Needs, And The Contractor Selected In The Procedure Will Provide These Ppes With The Service Of Collecting Energy Fed Into The Dsos Network From The Micro-Installations On The Basis Of Separate Contracts Concluded In Accordance With The Template Used By The Contractor. 6) The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor Selected In The Procedure With Data On Ppe In Electronic Form (Ms Excel File). 7) The Ordering Party Agrees To Conclude The Contract By Correspondence. 7. The Estimated Demand For Electricity Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Quantity. 8. The Contractor May Not Pursue Any Financial Claims From The Ordering Party (E.G. Compensation) If, During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Purchases A Smaller Or Larger Amount Of Electricity From The Contractor Than The Forecasted Amount.
