The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Cleaning And Disinfecting Agents Intended For Matachana Washer-Disinfectors For The Needs Of The Central Sterilization Usk-2 Pum In Szczecin. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Estimated Quantities Of Cleaning And Disinfecting Agents, Hereinafter Referred To As Products, Were Included In The Unit Price Form (Appendix 2 To Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Fcj). 2. The Ordering Party Requires The Offer Of Medical Devices That Have Been Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws 2024.1620, As Amended), Placed On The Market And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Shelf Life Of All Offered Products Is At Least 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office. 4. The Quantities Of Products Given In The Unit Price Form Are Indicative And The Ordering Party Has The Right To Order Smaller Quantities, But Not Less Than 60% Of The Value Of The Contract/Task. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims. 5. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 30 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. 6. The Order Consists Of 1 Task, The Detailed Description Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 2 Fcj. The Order Cannot Be Divided Into Parts Because All Required Products: Cleaning, Disinfecting And Neutralizing Liquids Must Constitute A Compatible Whole. It Is Not Possible To Use Various Liquids Due To The Risk Of Ineffective Cleaning And Disinfection Processes. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 8. The Ordering Party Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
