This Contract Involves The Establishment Of A So-Called “Composite” Framework Agreement Corresponding In Part To An Ordinary Market, Within The Meaning Of Article R. 2112-6 2° Of The Public Procurement Code And In Part To A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Within The Meaning Of Articles L. 2125-1 1° And R. 2162-2 Paragraph 2 Of The Said Code. It Includes: Under The Fixed Part: Preventive Maintenance Services Under The Commissioned Part: These Are One-Off Services Including In Particular Repairs, Replacement Of Equipment And Associated Supplies. The Order Portion Is Concluded For Each Lot With No Minimum And A Maximum Of €2,000,000 Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract.
