Construction Work – Implementation Of Flood Protection Measures Of The City Of Brno - Stages Ix,X,Xi – Selection Of The Contractor. The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Work Contract According To The Contractual Conditions For The Construction Of Ground And Engineering Networks Of Buildings Designed By The Client In Accordance With The Fidic Red Book, 1St Edition, 1999, Issued In Czech Translation By The Czech Association Of Consulting Engineers (Cace) In 2017, And Other Documents Forming The Work Contract. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Within The Framework Of The Implementation Of The Work, Including In Particular The Activities According To Paragraph 4.2.4 Of The Tender Documentation. The Complete List Of Implemented Construction Objects Within The Framework Of The Public Contract Is Given In Annex No. 7 Zd. The Work Is Divided Into The Following Sections: A) Section 1 – Building Objects Of Folds; B) Section 2 – Construction Objects Included In The Project – Eligible Expenses; C) Section 3 – Construction Objects Included In The Project – Ineligible Expenses; D) Section 4 – Construction Objects Classified Outside The Project (For Details On Individual Sections, See Annex No. 7 Zd /Technical Specification/). The Contractor Will Carry Out Construction Work During The Implementation Of The Work, Namely The Construction Of Flood Protection Measures, Including The Execution Of Related Terrain And Landscape Improvements, Under The Conditions Further Specified In The Contract.
