Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of The Entire Mass Of Mixed And Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Indicated In The Description Of The Order From All Properties Located In The Szczuczyn Commune Where Residents Live In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Provisions Of The Current Waste Management Plan Of The Podlaskie Voivodeship And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Szczuczyn Commune. A List Of Property Addresses From Which Waste Will Be Collected Will Be Provided To The Contractor Who Will Be Awarded The Order No Later Than One Day Before Signing The Contract. The Number Of Farms From Which Waste Will Be Collected May Change During The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Provide Information Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract On An Ongoing Basis. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Execute The Order Taking Into Account Changes Within The Amount Offered For The Service. 2. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Manage Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Waste Act, The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Szczuczyn Commune And The Provincial Waste Management Plan In Force During The Term Of The Contract. 2) Indicate In The Offer The Installation To Which The Collected Municipal Waste Will Be Transferred. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows For Changes To The Contract In Terms Of Changing The Municipal Installation To Which Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With The Code 20 03 01 Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer And Contract Is Transferred, As Well As Changes In Remuneration In Terms Of Changing The Rate For The Collection And Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste. 3.
