Design Services, Execution Of Works And Endowments For The Investment Objective Construction, Endowment And Arrangement Of The Buftea Obstetrics-Gynecology Hospital And Dismantling Of Existing Buildings (C1-C15), Relocation Of The Oxygen Station And Relocation Of The Water Management. The Value Of The Purchase Was Established Based On The General Estimate Of The Investment Objective, At The Amount Of 444,591,972.60 Lei Without Vat. Ilfov County, Through The Ilfov County Council, Aims To Create A Hospital That Meets All The Requirements Of The 21St Century, The Legal Provisions And Technical Prescriptions/Internal And International Standards Specific To Such Constructions, A Hospital Where The Airborne Transmission Of Viruses Or Bacteria Does Not Take Place, And The Medical Act Takes Place In The Best Conditions. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Two Phases, Which May Overlap At A Given Moment: • Phase I – Design And Obtaining All Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations (Including The Authorization To Dismantle Bodies C1–C15); • Phase Ii – The Execution And Equipping Of The New Building, The Staggered Dismantling Of Buildings C2–C15 According To Planning (Correlated With The Execution), And The Dismantling Of Building C1 – In Which The Hospital Currently Operates – Only After The Commissioning Of The New Building And The Relocation Of The Medical Activity; Testing, Commissioning And Acceptance Of Works.
