Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste And Launch And Operation Of Pszok In The City Of Żywiec. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And From The Following Properties: 1) Municipal Institutions, 2) Organizational Units Of The City Of Żywiec, 3) Municipal Companies Of The City Of Żywiec, 4) Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, 5) Cemeteries, 6) Properties Whose Owners Have Not Fulfilled The Obligation To Conclude A Waste Collection Agreement Municipal Waste With An Entity Entered In The Register Of Regulated Activities, And For Which The Mayor Of Żywiec, By Way Of A Decision, Determined The Amount Of The Fee For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste. Hereinafter Referred To As Real Estate On Which No Residents Live, Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Żywiec. And Launching And Operating One Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The City Of Żywiec.
