Cardiac Surgery Devices – Renewal And Redesign Of A Cathlab Room Into A Dedicated Device Room Within The Interventional Center Of The Oost-Limburg Hospital, Sint-Jan Campus. With This Selection Guideline, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Question The Market For The Renovation And Redesign Of Cath Lab Room 3 Into A Dedicated Device Room For The Implantation Of Cardiac Rhythm Device Systems. The Current Room Is Technically Outdated And Has A C-Arm That Will Become End-Of-Service In The Short Term, While Activity In Device Electrophysiological Procedures Continues To Increase Sharply. The New Design Should Provide Extra Capacity, An Optimal Workflow And An Ergonomic And Safe Working Environment For Both Doctors And Nurses. The Assignment Includes: - Replacement Of The C-Arm And Installation Of Adapted Medical Equipment; - Adjustments To Infrastructure And Technical Facilities (Pendulums, Ceiling, Connections); - Design Of The Control Room And Integration Of Monitoring And Registration Systems; - Ergonomic Optimization With An Eye For Positioning Of Pendants, Lead Screens, Operating Lights And Screens; - Attention To Radiation Safety, Hygiene, Ease Of Maintenance And Business Continuity. This Redesign Must Sustainably Support The Quality, Efficiency And Safety Of Device Procedures. The Assignment Will Be Described In Detail In The Second Phase Of The Placement Procedure, I.E. The Award Phase.
