This Contract Is Concluded From January 1, 2027, Or From Its Notification Date If This Occurs Later, For A Period Of One Year Renewable Once Tacitly Annually, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding Two Years. The Holder Cannot Refuse The Renewal. This Contract May Be Subject To Non-Renewal By The Contracting Authority, By Registered Letter With Acknowledgment Of Receipt, 3 Months Before The Anniversary Date Of The Contract, Without Compensation For The Contract Holder. The Contract Is Concluded Within The Following Financial Limits: Without A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 667,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
