The Assignment Concerns The Implementation Of Various Maintenance, Repair And Adaptation Works On The Public Domain, Including Roadways, Footpaths And Related Infrastructure On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Zelzate. The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Guarantee A Safe, Sustainable And High-Quality Condition Of The Public Domain By Carrying Out The Necessary Maintenance, Repair And Improvement Works In A Timely Manner. The Works Are Carried Out On Demand, Based On The Needs, Priorities And Safety Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With One Contractor. Division Into Lots The Assignment Will Not Be Divided Into Lots Because The Works Form A Technically And Organizationally Coherent Whole. A Division Into Plots Would Complicate The Planning, Coordination And Follow-Up Of The Works And Could Lead To Additional Implementation Risks And Delays. One Contractor Also Offers Advantages In Terms Of Continuity, Rapid Interventions, Uniformity And Efficient Use Of Personnel And Equipment. Given The Nature Of The Contract And The Need For Flexible And Efficient Implementation, The Contracting Authority Considers Non-Division Into Lots Appropriate And Proportionate.
