Tittelguard Services For Bergen Harbor At Skolten And Dokken . Descriptionbackground The Port Of Bergen Needs To Establish A New Framework Agreement For Guard Services At The Port Facilities Skolten And Dokken. The Procurement Is Carried Out Because The Current Agreement Expires, And There Is A Need To Ensure The Continuation Of A Critical Service Through New Competition. The Guard Services Are A Central Part Of The Ports Overall Security And Operational Arrangements. The Service Shall Support Port Security In Line With Current Requirements, Contribute To Safe And Controlled Access To The Facilities And Ensure Uniform Practice And Quality Across The Relevant Locations. The Port Of Bergen Needs A Robust And Predictable Delivery That Can Handle Both Ordinary Operations And Situations With Increased Security Requirements. It Is Also Important To Have Good Interaction With The Ports Existing Systems For Monitoring And Access Control, As Well As Appropriate Use Of Digital Solutions That Strengthen Situational Awareness, Documentation And Incident Management. Description Of The Assignment The Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Guard Services For The Port Of Bergen At Skolten And Dokken, As Well As Associated Emergency And Additional Services If Necessary. The Delivery Shall Cover 24/7 Guard Duty And Include Both Stationary And Mobile Tasks. The Assignment Includes, Among Other Things, Gatekeeping And Access Control, Standard Guard Duty, Mobile Patrols, Patrols, Supervision Of Port Facilities And Quay Fronts, Cctv Monitoring As Well As Handling Incidents And Deviations. The Service Will Contribute To The Efficient Control Of People, Vehicles And Goods, And Support The Ports Need For Safe And Stable Operational Operations. The Delivery Shall Also Include Preparedness For Emergency Calls, The Ability To Quickly Scale Up In The Event Of Incidents And The Possibility Of Increasing Staffing In The Event Of An Increased Maritime Security Level. The Guard Service Must Be Carried Out With Good System Support And Interaction In The Ports Own Solutions, Including A Digital Event Log And Traceable Reporting. A Delivery With Relevant Expertise In Port Security And The Ability To Take Care Of Both Daily Security Work And Special Needs Related To Port Operations Is Required.
