The Assignment Concerns The Structural Use Of Individual Leadership Coaching, Whereby One Contractor Provides A Stable And High-Quality Team Of Senior Coaches, Carefully Organizes The Services And Guarantees Complete Confidentiality Of Coaching Conversations. The Target Group Initially Consists Of Approximately 50 To 55 Managers And Executives. The Municipality Expects That In Principle A Maximum Of Five (5) Coaching Conversations Will Be Held Per Participant Per Program Year. Assuming 55 Participants, This Is An Indicative Maximum Of 275 Conversations Per Year And A Maximum Of 825 Conversations Over The Full Possible Contract Duration Of Three Years. The Actual Commitment Depends On Participation, Individual Needs, Progress Of Processes, Personnel Changes And Annual Programming.
