The Rental Subsidy Program Regulated By The D.S. N°52 V. And U. Of 2013, Its Purpose Is To Provide A Temporary Housing Solution To Families Belonging To Up To The Most Vulnerable 70% Of The National Population, Who Have The Capacity To Make Monthly Contributions Destined To The Payment Of A Rental Income.The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contribute To The Fulfillment Of The Obligations Established In Article 34 Of The D.S. N°52, Allowing To Significantly Reduce The Gap In Accumulated Pending Visits And Strengthen The Control And Verification Mechanisms Of The Correct Use Of The Rental Subsidy In The Different Communes Of The Biobío Region.In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article No. 34 Of The Aforementioned Decree, “Serviu Will Visit The Rented Home, Within A Period Of 60 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date On Which The First Co-Payment Was Made By The Beneficiary Registered In The Computer System Provided By The Minvu”, In Order To Verify Compliance With The Housing Conditions Required By Current Regulations.
