Bids Are Invited For Folder Digitization Service

The Public Ministry Needs To Contract The Document Digitization And Destruction Service For The Tarapacá Regional Prosecutors Office, Through A Single Contract, From The Signing Of The Initiation Document Until December 15, 2026, In Order To Digitize, Upload, Back Up And Securely Dispose Of The Institutional Documentation Described In The Technical Bases.The Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Specifications And Terms Indicated In The Technical Bases, Detailed In Section Ii Of These Bases, For Which Participating Companies Must Present Proposals That Fully Comply With Them And These Administrative Bases.This Tender Includes A Single Item, Which Will Be Evaluated And Awarded To A Single Bidder Or Declared Void. For Quote, Evaluation, Control And Payment Purposes, The Item Contains Two Independent Economic Components: Digitized, Uploaded And Validated Pages; And Physical Pages Irreversibly Destroyed, Certified And Received In Compliance.
