The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, Of The Service Titled Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Boleszkowice Commune, Which Includes: 1.1. Collection, Transport And Management Of Mixed Municipal Waste From Owners Of All Residential Properties Located In The Boleszkowice Commune, In Accordance With Applicable Law; 1.2. Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected Selectively: A) In Bags From Property Owners Living In Single-Family And Farm Buildings, B) In Containers From Property Owners Living In Multi-Family Buildings, 1.3.
