Guard Services - Open Procedure (Eu-Wide) For The Award Of Security Services For A Federal Property In Magdeburg, Federal Agency For Real Estate Tasks, Magdeburg Directorate (Award Number Voek 073-25). The Aim Of The Service Contract To Be Awarded Is To Meet The Security Needs Of The Employees Of The Guarded Property. The Property Must Be Protected In Accordance With The Safety-Related And Required Safety-Relevant Aspects In Compliance With The Applicable Laws, Guidelines And Requirements. The Contractor Must Provide The Following Services: Basic Services: Administrative Organizational Manager (Property Management): Single Staffed, From Monday To Sunday, Including Public Holidays, Available By Telephone 24/7. Stationary Security Service (Reception Service As Well As Control And Alarm Service) Note: During The Term Of The Contract, The Client Reserves The Right To Retrofit The Danger Alarm Systems And Then Connect Them To An Nsl (See Point 4.3 Ff. Of The Service Description). After Any Necessary Retrofitting Of The Relevant Security Technology Throughout The Entire Property Has Been Completed, The Remaining Requirements Of The Stationary Security Service Are Limited To The Reception Service In Accordance With Point 4.2.2.1 Of The Service Description. The Control And Alarm Service According To Point 4.2.2.2. The Service Description Will No Longer Apply From This Point On And Will Be Replaced By The Alarm Service / Nsl Plus Intervention Service And The Mobile Security Service (According To Point 4.3 Ff. Of The Service Description). The Client Will Inform The Contractor About This At Least 3 Months In Advance. Reception Service: Single-Person, Monday To Friday (Excluding Public Holidays, Excluding December 24Th And December 31St Of Each Year) From 5:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. Control And Alarm Service (Outgoing And Arriving From The Reception Box) Single-Person At The Reception Box, Exact Control Times According To Service Instructions Or Shift Schedule.
