The City Council Of El Paso Has The Responsibility Of Satisfying The Needs Of Sports Promotion, Given That There Is Municipal Jurisdiction, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 25 Of Law 7/1985 Of April 2, Regulating The Bases Of Local Regime, In The Wording Given By Law 27/2013, Of April 27, December, On Rationalization And Sustainability Of Local Administration, Which Establishes That The Municipality Has Its Own Powers In The Promotion Of Sports And Sports Facilities And Occupation Of Free Time. Likewise, There Is An Agreement Signed Between The City Council And The Hon. Island Council Of La Palma In Relation To The La Palma Basic Sports Promotion Plan (Pdb), Which Aims To Continue Sports Promotion Activities In The Municipality Of El Paso, Encouraging The Initiation Of Training And Sports Activities In The School-Age Population.
