The Subject Of The Public Contract For Services Is The Provision Of Service Care And Professional Services For Approximately 200 Pieces Of Selected Medical Devices Manufactured By Olympus Medical, With The Exception Of Microscopes (Hereinafter Referred To As Devices), Consisting In The Professional Maintenance And Repair Of Medical Devices, Including The Provision Of Supplies Of Necessary Spare Parts And Materials By The Participant And Other Related Activities (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Subject Of Performance) For A Period Of 2 Years. The Devices Must Be Cared For By The Participant/Contractor During The Period Of Use, Or For The Period Of Validity Of The Service Contract Concluded On The Basis Of The Results Of This Public Contract, Meet The Medical And Technical Prerequisites Set By The Manufacturer And Its Functionality, The Activity Must Not Endanger The Patient Or The Operator Of The Devices And All This In Full Respect Of The Conditions For The Use Of Medical Devices Established In Particular By Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Devices And In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices, As Valid And Effective And On Amendments To Some Related Laws (Act On Pharmaceuticals), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Healthcare Devices Act Or Ppe). In Relevant Cases, Service Care And Professional Services Must Also Be Carried Out In Accordance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations, In Particular Zzp, In Accordance With Act. No. 152/2021 Coll. On Metrology, As Amended, In Accordance With The Conditions Determined By The Manufacturer, Namely By Persons Expressly Authorized By The Participant, And Further In Accordance With The Regime Required In The Service Contract Concluded On The Basis Of The Results Of This Public Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract).
