The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Ongoing Supply Of Floral Gifts For Funeral Ceremonies (Wreaths, Bouquets, Funeral Ties And Related Supplies), Based On Partial Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Also Includes The Transport Of The Goods To The Place Of Fulfillment Specified In The Order, In Particular To The Crematorium, Ceremony Hall, Cemetery, Church Or Other Place In The Territory Of The Statutory City Of Brno. Delivery Does Not Include Work At The Place Of Delivery, Especially Arrangement Or Installation Work. As Part Of The Contractual Relationship, The Contracting Authority Will Ensure The Sale (On A Commission Basis) Of Funeral Floral Gifts For The Supplier, Which Are Listed In Annex No. 2 Of The Draft Contract, Which Is Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Tender Documentation Annexes, Especially In The So-Called Sample Basket, Which Is Annex No. 2 Of The Tender Documentation.
