The Subject Of The Contract To Be Awarded For General Planning Services Is, In Particular, The Following Services (Basic Services And, If Applicable, Special Services Of The Respective Service Profiles): A) Object Planning Of An Engineering Structure I. S.D. § 41 Hoai With Appendix 12 Hoai, Service Phases 2 - 8; B) Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment I. S.D. § 55 Hoai In Conjunction With 15.1 Hoai, System Groups In Accordance With § 53 Para. 2 No. 1 - 8 Hoai, Service Phases 2 - 8; C) Specialist Planning, Structural Planning I. S.D. § 51 Hoai In Conjunction With 14.1 Hoai, Service Phases 2 - 6; D) Safety And Health Coordination (Sigeko); E) Fire Protection Concept For The New Inlet Building To Be Built; F) Explosion Protection Concept For The New Inlet Building To Be Built; G) Operating And Hazard Instructions For The New Inlet Building And Sand Trap To Be Built. The Services Will Be Commissioned In Stages. The Benefits Are Expected To Be Divided Into The Following Levels - Level 1: Service Phases 2 - 4, - Level 2: Service Phases 5 - 8. There Is No Legal Right To The Transfer Of All Benefits. The Processing Of Hoai Service Phases 2 To 4 Must Be Completed By June 31, 2028 (Contract Date).
