Due To The Renovation Of The Existing Building, The Existing Construction, Static And Building Physics Requirements, Energy Efficiency, Fire Protection, Economic Efficiency And Sectional Implementation During Ongoing Operations Must Be Taken Into Account. The Planning Must Take Particular Account Of The Existing Building Structure, Energy Requirements, Operational Safety And The Maintenance Of University Operations.
