The Subject Of The Order Are Services For The Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Code 19 05 03 - Compost That Does Not Meet The Requirements (Unsuitable For Use), Originating From The Municipal Installation In Suwałki. 2. The Amount Of Waste Code 19 05 03 That The Ordering Party Will Submit For Collection, Transport And Management During The Term Of The Contract Is Approximately 8,000 Mg. The Maximum Daily Amount Is Approximately 100 Mg. The Average Weight Of One Load Per Month Will Be At Least Approx. 23 Mg When Loading Semi-Trailers With A Volume Of At Least 90 M3. The Above Quantities Are Estimated And Serve As An Aid To The Contractor In Preparing The Offer And Correctly Calculating The Costs Of Order Execution. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Complete The Order To The Full Estimated Extent, And The Actual Amount Of Waste Transferred For Collection, Transport And Management Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. However, The Ordering Party Guarantees That During The Term Of The Contract, It Will Provide The Contractor With Collection, Transport And Management Of At Least 4,000 Mg Of Waste With Code 19 05 03. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Complete The Order Above The Guaranteed Minimum Amount Of 4,000 Mg. 3. Waste With Code 19 05 03 Is Regularly Produced Material With A Size Of Up To 20 Mm Resulting From The Screening Process On A Mobile Sieve Equipped With A Perforated Drum Of Up To 20 Mm Of The Waste Fraction Of Stabilizer With Code 19 05 99 Resulting From The Biological Processing In The Installations Of Pgo W Suwałki Sp. Z O. O. Under-Sieve Fraction <80 Mm Separated From Mixed (Unsegregated) Municipal Waste And/Or Composting Of Shredded Bio-Waste (Kitchen Waste And Green Waste). The Collected Batches Of Waste May Differ In Value, And Any Differences Will Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Claims Against The Ordering Party. 4. The Waste Covered By This Order Should Be Transported And Then Managed In Installations That Have Decisions Allowing The Processing Of This Waste In The Recovery Process, In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard And Using At Least One Recovery Process From R3 To R12, Specified In The Non-Exhaustive List Of Recovery Processes Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 5. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out Using Transport Organized By The Contractor And At Its Expense, Including Transport Costs, Insurance For Transport And Unloading. 6. Waste With Code 19 05 03 Is Stored Loose On A Hardened Square And In This Form It Will Be Loaded Onto The Means Of Transport Provided By The Contractor.
