The Department Is Planning The Construction Of The Future Technical Center In The Town Of Rioz, On A Plot Of Land Of 5,858 M² Located Za 3R Rioz Rhin Rhône Nord-Ouest. This Project Integrates A Strong Deconstruction Approach. A Technical Platform Will Adjoin This Building, In Particular For The Storage Of Salt And The Establishment Of Different Cells For The Storage Of Aggregates Useful For The Centers Activities. The Estimated Budget For The Work Is Estimated At 2,700,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. As Part Of This Procedure, It Is Proposed, After Selection, To Admit A Maximum Of Three Candidates To Compete. They Will Then Be Invited To Submit A “Sketch +” Level Project.
