Environmental Services – Species Monitoring According To Articles 11 And 17 Of The Habitats Directive In Saxony-Anhalt: Dragonflies (Odonata), Monitoring Period 2027-2029. The Order Includes The Nationwide Ffh Sample Monitoring Of Eight Dragonfly Species On A Total Of 152 Monitoring Areas (Stpe) In The Years 2027 To 2029. The Following Are To Be Examined: Coenagrion Mercuriale On 36 Stpe And 52 Counting Routes In 2027 And 2028 With Two Inspections Each, Coenagrion Ornatum On 26 Stpe And 48 Counting Routes In 2027 And 2028 With Two Inspections Each, Ophiogomphus Cecilia On Ten Stpe And Ten Counting Areas In All Three Years With Three Inspections Each, Gomphus Flavipes On 17 Stpe And 17 Counting Areas In 2028 And 2029 With Three Inspections Each, Aeshna Viridis On Twelve Stpe And Twelve Counting Areas In All Three Years With Each Two Inspections, Leucorrhinia Pectoralis On 24 Stpe And 24 Counting Sections In All Three Years With Two Inspections Each, Leucorrhinia Caudalis On Twelve Stpe And 13 Counting Sections In All Three Years With Two Inspections Each And Leucorrhinia Albifrons On 15 Stpe And 17 Counting Sections In All Three Years With Three Inspections Each. The Recording And Evaluation Methodology Is Entirely Based On The Specifications Of Bfn And Blak (2017). Methodological Adjustments From The 2020 To 2022 Monitoring Period Must Be Adopted To Ensure Comparability. All Specified Stpe And Counting Routes Must Be Examined. Areas That Are No Longer Suitable May Be Replaced By More Suitable Sections Of Water Within The Respective Stpe. Suitable Counting Routes Must Be Determined For Newly Added Stpes Or Stpes That Have Not Yet Been Specifically Defined. Deviations From Methodology Or Recording Periods Require The Prior Written Consent Of The Client. All Target Species And Other Dragonfly Observations Must Be Documented, Including Species, Stage, Number Of Individuals, Gender, Reproductive Information, Date, Time, Observer, Detection Type, Behavior And Water Id As Well As Negative Evidence Of The Respective Target Species. In Addition, Suitable Current And Historical Evidence From Third Parties Must Be Brought Together. All Observations Must Be Entered Into Multibasecs According To The Clients Specifications And Linked To The Location References Provided. The Ffh Assessments Must Be Recorded For Each Species And Monitoring Area In The Ffh Monitoring Cloud And In An Excel File With All Sub-Criteria, Criteria And Partial Assessments. The Excel Template Required For This Must Be Created By The Contractor Based On The Evaluation Schemes And Coordinated With The Client. Furthermore, The Current Monitoring Backdrop And The Counting Routes Must Be Updated As Gis Data And At Least Five Meaningful Photos Must Be Taken Per Stpe For Each Year Of The Investigation. The First Interim Report Must Be Submitted Together With The Current Area Shape, The 2027 Data Set And The Coordinated Excel Template By October 30, 2027. The Second Interim Report Including The Data From 2027 To 2028 Is Due By November 1, 2028
