The Framework Agreement Aims To Ensure A Repetitive And Continuous Catering Service, Where The Daily Amount Depends On The Actual Attendance Of The Beneficiaries, The Course Days And The Available Funding. For This Reason, The Use Of A Framework Agreement Allows The Technical, Financial And Contractual Conditions To Be Established In Advance, With The Subsequent Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Without The Resumption Of Competition, Within Published Quantitative And Value Limits. The Food Package Offered Will Consist Of A Sandwich Plus A Fruit Of Your Choice Every Day. The Sandwich Will Consist Of Bakery Products, Protein Components - Meat Products And/Or Cheeses/Milk Derivatives - And Vegetables, In The Proportions And Weights Established By The Technical Requirements Of The Documentation And By The Applicable Pnms Norms. The Fruit Will Be Whole, Fresh, Healthy, Clean, Without Traces Of Spoilage And Suitable For Immediate Consumption. The Type Of Food Support Is Maintained For The Duration Of Subsequent Contracts, In Compliance With The Applicable Regulatory Framework. The Tenderer Will Present In The Technical Proposal An Example Of A Menu For At Least 7 Days Of The Course, Distinct For Each Day, With The Indication Of The Composition Of The Sandwich, The Ingredients, Weights, Allergens And Nutritional Values, As Well As The Fruit Offered. Each Daily Menu Will Include A Sandwich Plus A Fruit Of Your Choice. The Menus Will Demonstrate The Diversification Of The Diet And Compliance With The Nutritional And Technical Requirements, Without Diminishing The Quality Or The Required Minimum Weights. The Economic Operator Will Apply A Documented Food Safety System Based On Haccp Principles, Will Ensure The Traceability Of Raw Materials And Products Used And Will Be Able To Identify, For Each Batch And Day Of Delivery, The Suppliers, The Batches Of Raw Materials, The Date Of Preparation And Packaging, The People And Flows Involved And The Delivery Points. The Label And Documents Accompanying The Delivery Will Include The Mandatory Information On The Product, Ingredients, Allergens, Date Of Preparation/Packaging, Expiration Date And Storage Conditions, In Accordance With Applicable Legislation. The Provider Will Provide Means Of Transport Authorized/Registered For The Activity Carried Out, Clean, Sanitized And Suitable For Food Transport. Transport Will Be Organized On Routes So That The Products Are Protected Against Contamination, Damage And Improper Exposure. The Resources Can Be Owned Or Secured Through Leasing, Rental, Commissary Or Other Legal Forms That Confer A Certain Right Of Use For The Duration Of The Service. In Case Of Non-Conformity Upon Receipt, The Provider Will Have The Obligation To Replace The Non-Conforming Packages Within The Term Assumed By The Offer, Without Additional Costs For The Contracting Authority.
