The Object Of The Purchase Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Supply Agreement With The Object: Supply And Installation - Elements Of Urban Furniture In The Municipality Of Brașov, By Applying The Open Tender Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Main Requested Activities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Supply And Transport To The Locations Indicated By The Beneficiary Within The Brașov Municipality Of New Urban Furniture Elements (Benches, Trash Cans, Planters, Chess Sets, Ashtrays And The Like); Specific Works And Operations For Mounting, Anchoring And Fixing/Fixing In The Ground (With Conexpand, Clamps, Threaded Rods Or Foundation/Placement, As The Case May Be) Of Urban Furniture Elements; Information And Technical Conditions Regarding The Materials: The Delivery Of Products Made Of Ductile Iron, Steel, Treated Wood (With Fsc Certification Or Equivalent) And Reinforced Concrete/Mosaic Granite Or Marble Structures, Provided With Anti-Corrosion Protection According To The Applicable Standards; Signaling And Protection Of Assembly/Location Areas Until The Reception Is Completed And The Products Are Put Into Use, In Order To Prevent Accidents; The Execution Of Touch-Ups And Finishes At The Assembly Site, As Appropriate, For The Appropriate Aesthetic Fit Into The Architecture Of The Landscaped Area; Ensuring The Storage And Guarding Of The Products At The Expense Of The Supplier Until The Installation In The Field And The Conclusion Of The Reception Minutes. The Products And Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement Refer To The Following Types Of Urban Furniture: 1) Bench With Cast Iron Backrest And Legs: 850 Pieces; 2) Bench With Backrest, Cast Iron/Steel Legs And Side Armrests: 850 Pieces; 3) Metal Trash Can With Concrete Side Legs: 750 Pieces; 4) Small Rectangular Wooden Planters: 170 Pieces; 5) Large Wooden Planters (Cubic/Rectangular): 170 Pieces; 6) Chess Set (Table With Two Benches): 210 Pieces; 7) Applied Stainless Steel Outdoor Ashtray: 450 Pieces. Frequency Of Follow-Up Contracts: Follow-Up Contracts Will Be Concluded Annually Or Whenever Needed, Depending On The Authoritys Needs And Approved Budget Allocations.
