The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Implemented By The Design & Build Method, When The Supplier Proposes A Complete Solution To The Subject Of The Public Contract (Specified By The Clients Requirements) - I.E. The Design Part, And Then Implements This Proposed Solution Himself - The Build Part. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For Its Implementation Is Given In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes.
