The Object Of The Public Procurement Contract To Be Awarded Is The Supply Of 3 Units Of Plug-In Hybrid Minibuses Within The Project, Green School Transport For Students From Mehedinți County With A Capacity Of 16 + 1 Seats. Uat Mehedinți County Obtained The Funding Granted By The Environment Fund Administration, Within The Program On Improving Air Quality And Reducing The Amount Of Greenhouse Gas, By Using The Transportation Of Students With Less Polluting Vehicles Such As Electric, Hybrid And Compressed Natural Gas Powered Minibuses. Not All Schools In Mehedinți County Can Ensure The Transport Of Students To And From School, And Others Have Means Of Transport That Do Not Ensure Transport In Optimal Conditions For Students And Present A High Level Of Carbon Emissions, With An Effect On The Quality Of The Environment, Which Is Why This Purchase Was Considered Appropriate. This Procedure Seeks To Purchase 3 Hybrid Plug-In Minibuses, With The Capacity Of 16+1 Seats, In Order To Ensure The Transport Of Students From Rural Areas In Mehedinți County, Who Do Not Have Schools In Their Home Town. The Acquisition Targets The Three Pillars Of The Concept Of Sustainability, Respectively: Social, Economic And Environmental. The 16+1 Plug-In Hybrid Minibuses Will Be Structured With A Single Section (Non-Articulated And Without A Floor), In A Construction With A Lowered Floor, And Will Be Equipped With Access Facilities For People With Reduced Mobility (Ramp And/Or Other Specific Equipment), Being Intended For School Transport, Complying With The Provisions Of Directive 2009/33/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 23, 2009 Regarding The Promotion Of Non-Polluting And Energy-Efficient Road Transport Vehicles And In Regulation No. 51 Of 2007 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Unece).
