Nature Of The Services This Involves Carrying Out Diagnostics To Assess The Presence Of Asbestos And Lead, In Accordance With The Regulatory And Normative Texts In Force On The Date Of Performance Of The Services. The Different Mission Elements Covered By The Contract Are: - Carrying Out Asbestos Diagnostics Before Rehabilitation Work: Comprehensive Research, Identification And Location Of Materials And Products Containing Asbestos; - Carrying Out Asbestos Diagnostics Before Demolition Work: Comprehensive Research, Identification And Location Of Materials And Products Containing Asbestos; - Carrying Out Samples Of Bituminous Coating By Coring And, Where Applicable, Simultaneous Research For Pahs According To The Applicable Test Methods And Accreditation Requirements In Force; - The Production Of Asbestos Technical Files And Summary Sheets; - Carrying Out Updates To Existing Asbestos Technical Files And Updating Summary Sheets; - Carrying Out Lead Diagnostics Before Work And Before Demolition: Comprehensive Research, Identification And Location Of Materials And Products Containing Lead; - Carrying Out Lead Samples Using A Wipe; - Carrying Out Measurements Of Dust From Asbestos Fibers In The Air: Air Sampling, Analysis And Counting Of Asbestos Fibers; - Carrying Out Visual Inspections (Visual Findings) After Asbestos Removal Work: Before Restitution Of Premises Having Been Subject To Removal Or Confinement Of Materials And Products Containing Asbestos, Visual Examination To Note The Quality Of Removal And Cleaning (1St And 2Nd Restitution); - Carrying Out The Inspection Of Work In The Presence Of Lead (Ctpp): Visual Examination To Note That Work In The Presence Of Lead And Cleaning Has Been Carried Out Correctly; - Carrying Out Lead Dust Measurements On The Ground: Before Returning The Premises Having Been The Subject Of Work In The Presence Of Lead, Dust Sampling And Analysis Of The Lead Concentration Rate. The Order Amount Of The Initial Contract And Each Renewal Is Limited To 500,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. These Amounts Are Understood Annually
