The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Waste Management Service From The Area Of ​​The City And Commune Of Kórnik, The Types And Estimated Quantities Of Which Are Indicated In Chapter Iii, Section 3 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), And The Order Completion Period Is Specified In Chapter Iii, Section 2 Opz. The Comprehensive Waste Management Service Will Consist In: 1) Accepting Waste Collected At Source, The Types Of Which Are Indicated In Chapter Iii, Section 3 Point 1) Opz In The Place Indicated And Provided By The Contractor For Accepting Waste K From The Waste Collection Operator, In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Resulting From The Order Documents; 2) Accepting Waste, The Types Of Which Are Indicated In Chapter Iii, Section 3 Point 2) Opz Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Located In The Kórnik Commune In Czołów (Pszok) At The Place Indicated And Provided By The Contractor For Accepting Waste From The Operator Providing Waste Transport Services From Pszok, In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Resulting From The Order Documents; 3) Accepting Waste, The Types Of Which Are Indicated In Chapter Iii, Section 3 Point 3) Opz Collected As Part Of Occasional Collections In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Resulting From The Procurement Documents; 4) Processing The Received Waste In Recovery (R) And/Or Disposal (D) Processes, In The Waste Management Site Indicated And Provided By The Contractor, In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Resulting From The Order Documents. The Ordering Party Requires That All Waste Fractions Be Processed In Installations Indicated And Provided By The Contractor, But These Do Not Have To Be Installations Where Waste Was Received From The Ordering Party - Therefore, All Waste Fractions Should Be Processed In The Installations Indicated In § 1 Section 3 Of The Agreement And In Points 7 And 8 Of The Offer Form. The Contractor Is Entitled To Manage Waste In Third-Party Installations And To Collect And Store Waste In A Manner Consistent With The Terms Of The Contract, Including During The Order Execution Period; 5) Fulfillment Of Reporting And Information Obligations; 6) Fulfillment Of Obligations Ensuring The Ordering Partys Ability To Exercise Control And Verification Rights; 7) Performance Of Services And Obligations Related To The Services Specified In Points 1) - 5) Above.
