In Particular, It Must Support Work With Multi-Beam Echo Sounders Of The Teledyne Reson Seabat Family, Gnss Systems, Motion Sensors, Sound Speed Sensors And Other Measuring Instruments That Are Part Of The Hydrographic Complex. When Updating The Software, The Functionality Of Existing Configurations And Projects Must Be Maintained Or A Standard Mechanism For Transferring Them Must Be Provided. The Contractor Must Have A Legal Basis For Granting A License To Teledyne Pds And Ensure The Supply Of Original Manufacturer Software. Teledyne Pds Is Specialized Hydrographic Application Software Designed For Planning, Execution And Operational Control Of Hydrographic Surveys. The Software Is Functionally Related To The Operation Of Hydrographic Equipment And Is Not General Purpose Or Information Security Software. The Supplied Rights To Use Updates Must Be Officially Registered In The Teledyne Caris Inc. User Registry. In The Name Of The Customer.
