The Province Is Seeking To Engage The Services Of A Consultant Team To Complete Development Site Planning Due Diligence For School District 59 (Sd59) On The Property As Outlined In The Objectives And Scope Of Work, In Section 3 Of This Rfp Document.The Deliverables From This Assignment Will Facilitate The Submission Of Necessary Regulatory Applications (E.G. Environmental, Development Permit, Rezoning, Building Permit) As Required. The Deliverables Of This Procurement Will Help With The Subsequent Tendering Of Construction Contractor, Who Will Be Tasked With Building The Secondary School And Associated Supporting Infrastructure Which Will Be Managed Through A Separate Procurement Opportunity In The Future.
