The Capital Regional District (“Crd”) Invites Detailed Proposals From Proponents (The Proponents) In Strict Accordance With These Proposal Documents. The Proposals Will Be Evaluated For The Selection Of A Preferred Proponent With The Intent To Negotiate To Enter Into A Contract (The “Contract”) To Provide The Services Described In Appendix “A”.The Capital Regional District (Crd), Hereinafter Referred To As The Crd”, Invites Proposals For A Comprehensive Review And Assessment Of Progress On The Current 2021 Solid Waste Management Plan (Swmp).The District Reserves The Right To Award In Whole Or In Part. Proponents May Be Awarded Additional Follow-On Work Without A Further Competition.A Contract Will Not Necessarily Result From This Request For Proposal (“Rfp”).The Services Described In Appendix “A” Must Be Completed By March 30, 2027.
