Part No. 1 - Development Of Recreational And Tourist Infrastructure In The City And Commune Of Bierutów In The Area Of The Dobra Widawa Local Action Group - Revitalization Of The Degraded Area Near The Village Community Center In Posadowice. A) The Following Works Will Be Performed: - Earthworks, - Preparation Of The Ground, - Substructure, Edges, - Surfaces, - Plantings, - Purchase Of Equipment, I.E. Concrete Grill, Concrete Benches, Gazebo, Solar Lamp, Waste Bin, Bicycle Rack, Bench, Rainwater Tank With A Nominal Capacity Of 1000 Liters. B)The Construction Design Was Developed By Archiformacja Sp. Z O. O. Based At Ul. R. Dmowskiego 22, 63-000 Środa Wlkp.C) The Construction Site Is Being Arranged By The Contractor At His Own Expense And Effort. 2. The Tenderer Undertakes To Ensure Architectural, Digital And Information And Communication Accessibility To People With Special Needs, Taking Into Account The Minimum Requirements Referred To In Art. 6 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs And The Principles Of Universal Design Adequate To The Scope Of The Task. 3. Additional Requirements 1) All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended), Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities, Health And Safety Regulations And The Terms Of The Contract For Construction Works (If Applicable).2) Materials Used To Perform The Task Must Have A Declaration Of Conformity Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval In The Absence Of Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards. The Contractor Selected Through The Procedure Will Be Obliged To Provide The Above-Mentioned Documents Before Their Use. 3) The Contractor Will Provide, At His Own Expense, A Temporary Water And Electricity Supply For The Construction Purposes, Install Water And Energy Consumption Meters And Will Bear The Costs Of Water And Energy Consumption During The Period Of Works (If Applicable).
