Wita Stwosza 57, 80-309 Gdańsk, Ground Floor, Hall Next To Room 332.5.The Ordering Party Requires A Manufacturers Warranty For Furniture For A Period Of At Least 12 Months, But The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Chapter Xviii Of The Swz. In Each Case Where Standards, Certificates Or Other Documents Are Indicated In The Content Of The Swz, Including In The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Understood That Such Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Thus, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards, Certificates And Other Documents Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That The Offered Furniture Meets The Quality, Functional, Utility, Strength, Safety, Ergonomics, Durability, Ecological Or Other Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party To An Extent Not Worse Than Those Resulting From The Standards, Certificates Or Other Documents Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Equivalent Solutions Used Must Correspond In Type And Scope To The Purposes Served By The Standards, Certificates Or Other Documents Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.7.Due To The Possibility Of Offering Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor Is Required To Analyze And Evaluate All Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party As Interrelated.
