The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of 46 Home Sewage Treatment Plants Located In The Following Towns: Charsznica, Chodowiec, Jelcza, Dąbrowiec, Marcinkowice, Podlesice, Swojczany, Tczyca, Uniejów Kolonia, Uniejów Parcela, Uniejów Kolonia, Wierzbie And Witowice, Along With All Devices, Installations And Equipment Necessary For Their Proper Operation. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Construction Of Installations Discharging Purified Sewage To Final Recipients, Electrical Power Supply For The Treatment Plant, And Technical And Technological Commissioning.2.The Ordering Party Reserves That The Order May Change In Terms Of Final Locations. If, For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party, In Particular The Resignation Of Property Owners From Participating In The Project, The Implementation Of Pboś In The Designed Location Is Not Possible, The Ordering Party Will Indicate An Alternative Location For A Sewage Treatment Plant Of A Given Type.
