A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Include: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.3. The Order Will Be Co-Financed From A Targeted Subsidy Resulting From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. If The Ordering Party Obtains Co-Financing, The Contractor Will Be Liable, Including Financial, For The Loss Of Co-Financing Or Its Reduction By The Co-Financing Institution, If This Is The Result Of Incorrect Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Contractors Delay In Its Implementation.
