1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction (Installation) Of Small Architecture Objects In A Public Place And The Renovation Of Safe Surfaces As Part Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Recreational Park In The Sienkiewicza Estate In Polkowice In The Sienkiewicza Estate In Polkowice On Plot No. 43/77, District 0001, Based On The Annex To The Contract And Design Documentation Constituting An Integral Part Of The Draft Contract, Which Includes: A) Bill Of Quantities, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works, C) Land Development Design. Scope Includes:1.Assembly (Construction) Of The Designed Playground Equipment With A Fence, 2.Installation Of A Panel Fence With A Gate, 3.Renovation Of The Safe Surface. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of Certificates Regarding Playground Equipment With The Offer. Certificates Are Not Documents Required At The Stage Of Submitting Offers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party, As Part Of The As-Built Documentation, With Certificates Issued By An Accredited Certification Body - Accredited By The Polish Center For Accreditation, Confirming Compliance Of The Manufactured And Installed Playground Equipment With The Requirements Specified In The Order Documentation And Relevant Standards Regarding The Safety Of Playground Equipment And Surfaces. The Description Of The Designed Playground Equipment And Panel Fencing With A Gate Is Included In Annex To The Proposed Contractual Provisions.2.The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Submit Evidence In The Form Of Catalog Cards Of The Proposed Devices Along With Their Offer. The Catalog Card Must Contain: - Manufacturers Data, - Visualization Including A Site Plan, - Technical Parameters Including Device Dimensions, Safety Zone Dimensions, Safety Zone Area, Maximum Free Fall Height, Dedicated Age Group And Number Of Users, - Material Specification (Obligatory Supporting Structure, Finishing And Decorative Elements, Platforms, Connecting Elements), - Standard. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Possibility Of Supplementing The Evidence In Question.
