The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision (Articles 25-27 Of The Construction Law) In The Specialties Of Construction, Sanitary Installation And Electrical Installation Over The Implementation Of The Investment Program Entitled Expansion And Modernization Of The Henryk Klimontowicz Specialist Hospital In Gorlice By Creating New Psychiatric Wards And Clinics And Improving The Accompanying And Technical Infrastructure, Co-Financed By The Medical Fund (Contract No. Doi/Fm/Sis/Psych/2026/226/9). Construction Works Are Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula By Three Contractors Selected In The Procedure No. 68/2026, Divided Into Tasks: No. 1 - Comprehensive Expansion Of The Main Building Of The Hospital With A Five-Story Wing (Deadline Until June 30, 2029), No. 2 - Construction Of A Communication Link Between The Main Building And The Old Hospital Building (Until June 30, 2029), No. 3 - Implementation Of Mechanical Ventilation With Air Conditioning In The Inpatient And Day Psychiatry Wards In The Old Hospital Building (Until December 31, 2027); The Total Value Of Offers From Contractors: Pln 33,777,303.24 Gross. The Scope Of Supervision Includes: Issuing Opinions On Contracts And Annexes With Work Contractors, Verification Of Material And Financial Schedules, Control And Supervision Of Design Studies Of Work Contractors, Performing The Duties Of An Investor Supervision Inspector (Control Of Compliance, Quality, Acceptance Of Final, Partial And Final Works), Verification Of Additional And Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Financial Settlements And Reports Of Work Contractors, Coordination And Reporting For The Entire Program In The Arrangement Required By The Contract. Co-Financing (Including Quarterly Settlements Of Progress), Coordination Of Acceptance Documentation And Participation In The Acceptance Of Authorities (Ppis, Psp, Pinb), As Well As Participation In Warranty Inspections Within A Period Of 60 Months From The Final Acceptance Of Each Task. The Contractor Appoints A Supervision Inspector In The Construction Specialty As The Coordinator (Article 27 Of The Construction Law).
