1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Approximately 44,000 Liters Of Heating Oil In The 2026/2027 Heating Season To Schools In The Zbójno Commune, I.E. The School Complex In Zbójno And The Primary School In Ruż. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected Successively, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.2. The Supplied Fuel Oil Should Meet The Following Quality Conditions Specified In The Polish Standard And Be Characterized By The Following Parameters: - Calorific Value Not Lower Than: 43.0 Mj/Kg, - Density At 15Oc Not Higher Than: 900 Kg/M3, - Kinematic Viscosity At 20Oc Not Higher Than: 5.0 Mm2/S, - Ignition Temperature Not Lower Than: 56Oc, - Temperature Flow: Min. - 36Oc, - Fractional Composition • Up To A Temperature Of 250Oc, Not More Than 65% (V/V) Is Distilled, • Up To A Temperature Of 350Oc, Not Less Than 85% (V/V) Is Distilled, - The Residue After Coking In 10% Of The Distillation Residue, Not More Than 0.30% (M/M), - Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.10% (M/M), - Water Content Not More Than 200Mg/Kg, - Total Impurity Content Not More Than 24Mg/Kg. 3. Oil Will Be Delivered Upon Notification By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations: - Directly To The Indicated Entity, - Within 48 Hours Of Notification, - In The Quantities Specified In The Notification, - Quality Certificates Will Be Submitted With Each Delivery, No Later Than With The Invoice, - The Above-Mentioned Deliveries Cover The Full Scope, I.E. Loading Onto A Means Of Transport, Transport And Unloading At The Destination. The Means Of Transport Must Be Equipped With A Mobile Measuring Installation With A Valid Legalization Certificate. Proof Of Acceptance Of The Delivery Of Fuel Oil Will Be A Wz Document With A Printout Of The Actual Quantity Of Fuel Delivered. An Increase Or Decrease In Fuel Prices Is Allowed Regardless Of The Supplier. In The Event Of A Change In Fuel Prices During The Execution Of The Order, Each Partial Order Must Be Accompanied By A Message From The Supplier About The Percentage Increase Or Discount In Market Fuel Prices. The Ordering Party Reserves That For Reasons Beyond Its Control, The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order May Be Used Less, Without Any Consequences For The Ordering Party.
