The Subject Of The Order Includes The Rental (Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Dismantling) Of A Mobile Ice Rink With Dimensions Of 14X40 Meters, With A Roof In The Form Of A Tent Hall With Dimensions Of 15X50 Meters, Together With Technical Infrastructure In The Form Of A Refrigeration Unit, A Social Container (For Cash Registers And Skate Rentals), A Container For Storing An Ice Care Machine, Rubber Protective Mats, Benches. Hangers And Ice Care Machines In The Form Of An Lpg Roller. The Scope Of The Above-Mentioned Service Also Includes Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Scope Of Ongoing Operation Of The Ice Rink, Care Of The Ice Surface, Use Of The Ice Care Machine And The Provision Of Technical Service Services In The Field Of Operation Of Devices Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Ice Rink Provided By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Requires A Maximum Service Response Time To Possible Failures And Defects, Not Exceeding 24 Hours From The Time They Are Reported To The Contractor. The Service Response Time Means The Removal Of A Possible Failure/Fault Or The Replacement Of A Malfunctioning Device Within 24 Hours From The Time Of Reporting.
