The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Castles Ceilings, Which, Due To Leaks In The Terraces (Flat Roofs) Located Above The Rooms, Are Extensively Damp, Covered With Fungus In Places, And There Is Algae And Visible Salting.2.Detailed Scope:2.1.Ceiling Renovation: Surface Cleaning, Surface Preparation, Including Filling Of Uneven Surfaces, Surface Impregnation, Surface Painting.2.2.Preparatory Works: Disassembly And Reassembly Of Elements Suspended From Ceilings.2.3.Other Works, Devices, Elements Not Listed And Not Provided For In The Documentation And Necessary To Be Performed In Order To Properly Implement The Investment Task, I.E. A Fully Functioning Investment Object, E.G. Gaining Access To The Ceilings By Moving Objects, Cleaning, Maintaining/Painting Wooden Ceiling Beams. As A Result Of The Investment, The Condition Of Other Elements/Facilities Located In The Investment Area And Its Immediate Vicinity Cannot Deteriorate, And In The Event Of Their Damage, It Must Be Restored To A Condition No Worse Than Before The Investment.3.A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation: Program Of Conservation Works, Bill Of Quantities, Permission To Carry Out Conservation Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Constituting Annexes To This Swz.
