Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Office Building At Ul. Powstańców 43 In Katowice, As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Comprehensive Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Powstańców 43 In Katowice. The Scope Of Design Work Includes, Among Others:  Carrying Out An Inventory Of Existing Installations (For Design Purposes),  Obtaining And Verifying All Data And Information Necessary To Prepare Design Documentation,  Developing Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Preparing Electronic Documentation In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract,  Making Inter-Industry Arrangements And Coordinating Design Documentation,  Obtaining The Required Checks, Arrangements, Studies And Approvals Of Design Documentation Required By Law, Including Arrangements With Employer, Which Are Necessary To Carry Out The Works,  Arrangements With The Fire Expert. To The Extent Required By Applicable Regulations, - Obtaining The Required Permits Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, - Developing Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, - Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, - Preparing Bills Of Quantities And Detailed Cost Estimates. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others:  Carrying Out The Necessary Demolitions And Dismantling  Renovation Of Roofs And Replacement Of Skylights  Replacement Of Carpets And Technical Floors  Renovation Of Ceilings  Renovation Of Parking Expansion Joints And Repair Of Columns By Applying Repair Layers  Spray Painting Of Walls  Replacement Of Door Joinery  Replacement Of Ventilation Ducts And Air Handling Units Together With Automation And Necessary Installations  Replacement Of Air Conditioning Installations  Replacement Of Central Heating Installations Hot Water, Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations, Replacement Of All Electrical Installations - Replacement Of Telecommunications And It Infrastructure (Including Lan, Cctv, Dso, Ssp) Along With The Development Of The Communication System - Implementation Of Signage And Visual Information. Quality Warranty And Warranty For Defects Period: The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Warranty Period For The Design Work, Construction Works And Installed Devices And Systems That Are The Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Months From The Date Of Making Final Acceptance Of The Completed Subject Of The Order. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: – Designed Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 8 To The Swz; – Functional And Utility Program – Annex No. 9 To The Swz; – General Conditions For Carrying Out Works – Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
