The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Of The Contractors Materials. Construction Products Used In The Performance Of Construction Works Are To Meet The Requirements Of Polish Law, And The Contractor Will Have Documents Confirming That They Have Been Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Construction Products Act And Have Appropriate Parameters. The Ordering Party Provides For Ongoing Inspections Of The Execution Of Works. In Order To Ensure Cooperation With The Contractor And Control The Performed Works. In Particular, The Following Will Be Subject To Inspection: A) Used Construction Products In Relation To Documents Confirming Their Admission To Trading And Compliance Of Parameters With The Description Of The Technical Specification, B) Construction Products Or Elements Manufactured On The Construction Site, C) Quality And Accuracy Of Work, D) Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Compliance Of The Work With The Contract. The Ordering Party Establishes The Following Types Of Acceptance: A) Acceptance Of Works Disappearing And Being Covered (During The Execution Of The Works) - If Any, B) Final Acceptance (Handover The Ordering Party Decided Not To Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Homogeneous And Interconnected Nature Of All Tasks.
